Keir Ansonica, a wine obtained from a vine typical of the Tuscan tradition. A label that enriches the winemaking process in amphora, which began in 2016 with red berried Keir. It is a limited production, about 2 thousand bottles, which we are sure will pleasantly surprise you. First of all because we are talking about a wine that is neither clarified nor filtered. Keir Ansonica represents a new way of “doing and thinking” for Tua Rita . Always faithful to tradition, the company wanted to test itself with something new. Keir Ansonica, kept in an elegant Burgundy wine, with its alcohol content of 11 °, has a good structure and a marked flavor.
Suvereto 100% Ansonica 5,500 vines / ha Guyot Clay, medium / high presence of skeleton Vinification 2 months in amphora, maceration on the skins, aging 3 months in cement, no clarification, no filtration 2.000 bottles In the glass we find the earth, that of the Metalliferous Hills and the sea, the nearby Tyrrhenian Sea. A sunny golden yellow is the forerunner to a complex, deep and extremely elegant nose. Mineral notes, of flint, almost pungent, are the background to exotic fruit, predominantly lime. Then a burst of officinal herbs, Mediterranean scrub, brackish. The sip is direct, fresh and of great sapidity, the hardnesses seem to prevail but by rotating it in the mouth it takes on amplitude, body and structure. A "rough velvet" to use an oxymoron. The finish is of remarkable persistence, like a wave of the sea overwhelms you with its flavor and then slowly withdraws leaving the scents of its foam in your mouth.
