The vine is the zibibbo, prince among the aromatic varieties, the vines are grown on a very low bush, modeled by the wind, on small terraces bordered by dry lava stone walls.

Keir Ansonica represents a new way of “doing and thinking” for Tua Rita . Always faithful to tradition, the company wanted to test itself with something new. Keir Ansonica, kept in an elegant Burgundy wine, with its alcohol content of 11 °, has a good structure and a marked flavor.

In 2017 we found a small vineyard in Ansonica, near Tua Rita , with plants over 100 years old: it was immediately our new bet!
The idea of carrying out an experiment in an amphora with a native variety of the Val di Cornia, such as the Ansonica, tasted like a great test, renewal and growth. After the first bottling (in 2018) and with the experience of the two previous harvests, 2019 was the decisive year that made that bet a real production, and that today we present to you with great enthusiasm.
An authentic wine that finally reflects our idea of Ansonica: welcome Keir.
