Vermentino di Sardegna DOC Cala Silente 2019 - Santadi

The Vermentino "Cala Silente" by Santadi is one of those whites that are well suited to everyday life. A pure Vermentino whose grapes come from vineyards located in one of the most beautiful corners of our Italy we are a few kilometers from the splendid and two white beaches of Porto Pino, in the middle of Sulcis, one of the oldest geological areas, and for this most fascinating, of Sardinia. A territory rich in geographical and climatic diversity: hills and warm-arid sea in summer and temperate in winter. A unique mix that guarantees aromas and flavor to Santadi 's Vermentino "Cala Silente". The harvest, carried out in September, is followed by a careful analysis of the grapes in the cellar which are then vinified in stainless steel tanks, the wine then continues in concrete tanks in contact with the yeasts, in order to be softer and rounder. A Vermentino that makes itself felt: the "Cala Silente" of Santadi has a beautiful straw yellow with golden reflections the aroma is complex, intense and fine and the apple and peach are well noticed in a gustatory persistence that stands out for its finesse and balance .
