VINIFICATION: White vinification with fermentation in the two weeks following the harvest, carried out at a temperature of 13 °. BOTTLING: January following the harvest. COLOR: Bright yellow. CHARACTERISTICS: White fruit, golden apple and ripe citrus on the nose. In the mouth it is savory, with an almond aftertaste. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% vol.
