Lagavulin matured twice in ex-bodega Pedro Ximenez cask wood for an intense, raisin sweetness that marries beautifully with the smoky power of the regular release to create a powerful, powerful malt flavour.

Bright gold in colour, it releases intense smoky sensations of peat, dried flowers, brackish and iodine notes, malt, candied fruit and caramel; hints that are perfectly reflected in the taste, where the initial heat is tempered with sweetness to end on a long, almost saline finish.

Two centuries of distilled peat and liquefied smoke, immortalized and liquefied into world-class malts.
