Organic extra virgin olive oil with lemons

Di Carlo Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from two different varieties of olives, Leccino and Gentile, typical of Abruzzo.

Leccino comes from a strong tree, which easily adapts to the different climatic conditions in which it grows.

Gentile is a high quality variety that can only be found in the Chieti areas.
The origin of Olive Oil with Lemons is due to the habit of cleaning the millstones with lemon peels, giving the oil a unique smell and flavor.

Valentini 's Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced exclusively from Dritta cultivar olives (also called Loretana and Moscufese).

De Fermo EVO Oil is a rich and very aromatic Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced in Loreto Aprutino from the Dritta or Lauretana cultivar. It has a very intense taste, decidedly aromatic and of great character, with herbaceous and vegetable notes, seasoned with bitter sensations of rocket, dried fruit and spicy hints.

strappelli extra virgin olive oil, is obtained from multi-varietal olives harvested by hand and organically grown on the hills of Torano Nuovo. The olives are pressed within 24 hours of harvesting with a modern and hygienic extraction method: centrifuge at very low extraction temperature. It has a yellow color with greenish reflections, a decidedly fruity flavor of ripe olives, a veiled appearance as it has not been filtered.

In recent years we have taken care of our olive grove again, which has about 350 olive trees, located next to our company. Since the 2019 harvest, 450 500ml bottles have been produced. The oil obtained is cold extracted, only by mechanical means.

It is difficult to operate in Loreto Aprutino and remain insensitive to the charm of this product, of which our municipality represents one of the Italian capitals.

Extra virgin olive oil is the other great family passion. Experience and innovation, ancient rules and new technologies. We have collected the baton of a constantly evolving wisdom. We take care of 3,500 olive trees, aged between 20 and 40 years. The varieties grown are those typical of our area: Frantoio, Maurino and Carboncella, in addition to the main variety of many regions of central Italy: the Leccino.
