This new line is characterized by the presence of monovarietal oils which, as defined, are obtained from olives of the same variety. Each cultivar being compatible with its own environment of origin has a specific territorial typicality and a peculiar identity. Authentic Oil is the medium fruity of the Minimal Line, the collection of monovarietal oils from Oleificio Berardo.
