This is exactly the aromatic profile that Mastro desires, a blend obtained from 4 monovarietal oils where the oil deriving from the single Gentile di Chieti variety represents at least 50%. The rest of the monovarietals vary according to the vintage, the bottling period and the aromatic note to be achieved. Usually they are the Leccino, the Crognalegno, the Peranzana. Ultimately a work of construction of an oil according to the idea of an oil master, hence the name.
