The Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve is a blended based on the Clynelish single malt, whose water source flows in the Kildonan Hills, gold was discovered in this area in 1868 and the Johnnie Walker Master Blender Jim Beveridge was inspired by this discovery to prepare this surprising mixture.

Johnny Walker's "Double Black" Whiskey is an original blended, made with a balanced blend of peated single malts from the island of Islay and West Coast whiskies.

The Clynelish 14 Year Old Single Malt Whiskey is a refined and soft distillate, in which you can appreciate a peaty profile that accompanies the entire tasting both on the nose and in the mouth, with a light note that is never too invasive. A label born from a distillery which, in the Scottish Highlands, has more than two centuries of history, capable of creating products characterized by a strong territorial typicality, just like this 14 Year old.

This Single Malt Whiskey is a delicious expression of the Cardhu distillery, aged 15 years, it combines fruity characteristics with spicy and vanilla ones.

Very warm golden yellow color, similar to honey. On the nose it presents explosive aromas of aromatic herbs, resin, honey and toasted dried fruit such as hazelnut and almond, combined with malty and slightly smoky sensations. In the mouth it has a good balance, with an entry that expresses sweetness but which shortly after turns towards strong smoky sensations that leave the mouth dry, dry and with a moderate persistence.

The extra aging has perfectly integrated the phenolic impact of the peat on the distillate making it a more balanced whiskey than the 12 year old, however the Caol Ila 18 Years Old remains an authentic Islay single malt with the typical peaty and marine notes.

The Caol Ila distillery, producer of a truly interesting and high quality Scotch, is located in an inlet near Port Askaig and was founded way back in 1846.
