Single-varietal grappa from Garganega, obtained from the skilful and artisanal distillation of the pomace of the most prized grape, the same that gives rise to Recioto di Soave La Perlara. The result is a distillate with fruity aromas, which preserves the elegant aroma of the pomace and the soft and sweet taste of Recioto.
Grappa di Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, obtained from the distillation of pomace obtained from the pressing of the Amarone grapes following a drying of 4/5 months in the loft. The distillation takes place at low pressure with a discontinuous system, in order to preserve the aromas and scents of the raw materials. The distillate obtained is aged in oak barrels for about 6/7 months. Enveloping aroma, rich and intense flavour.

Jermann 's Riesling "Afix" is an intense and persistent white wine, obtained from vineyards rooted on the characteristic flysh. The nose is pleasant, fresh, intense, fruity and mineral. On the palate it is balanced, dry, fresh, velvety and persistent.

Grappa Sinfonia d 'Autumn is aged 7 years in small French oak barrels and in cherry wood barrels.
