100% Pinot Nero. Dopo la diraspatura viene fatta una leggera macerazione sulle bucce, seguono la pressatura soffice e la fermentazione a temperatura controllata.
Giallo paglierino con evidenti riflessi dorati, brillante, dal pèrlage a grana fine e persistente. Intenso, fine e complesso, con sentori di crosta di pane, ribes bianco ed uva spina, connubio di freschezza e profondità. Morbido, dalla spiccata vena sapida. Le note fresche e fruttate, dal gusto ricco e suadente, accompagnate dal fine perlage, contribuiscono a definire il suo carattere di grande complessità e persistenza gusto olfattiva.

It is an excellent wine obtained from the early harvest of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes.
At the end of the natural fermentation in the bottle (36 months) we obtain an elegant wine with a fine perlage, a yellow color with golden reflections, a delicate, characteristic, fruity aroma, a savory, soft, full flavor.
Recommended with: capunsèi, risotto, pumpkin tortelli, fish and shellfish, white meats and semi-aged cheeses.

Ribolla Classic Method is a Brut sparkling wine obtained 100% from Ribolla Gialla grapes refermented in the bottle for 24 months. The Ribolla grapes guarantee this wine a great freshness and a pronounced acidity.

To produce this sparkling wine, Erbaluce is used, grown on about 4 hectares of vineyards in Maretta, in the DOC area of Ghemme.

The grape variety chosen for the spumante base of Bolla d'Oro is the "Bombino Bianco". Its ancient origins probably date back to the challenge of Barletta and the Spaniards. It prefers deep, draining soils and is certainly one of the most interesting grapes for sparkling wine. Bolla D'oro is born from the application of the long charmat method, with a fermentation period of no less than 40 days sur lie which gives an absolutely unique and original roundness and fullness to the tasting (texture), enhanced by a fine and persistent perlage. Vin de fete, with a great personality and an intriguing bouquet in which notes of apricot and white peach predominate with white flowers (blossom) and dried fruit intruding on the finish.
