With an intense ruby red color, Tancredi 2018 Limited Edition combines notes of red fruit, mulberry and blueberry, with balsamic notes and delicate hints of licorice and sweet tobacco. On the palate it expresses all its enveloping personality with perfectly integrated tannins and long persistence.

Centorame 's Montepulciano Castellum Vetus Centorame made from 100% Montepulciano grapes grown in the Atri area, in the province of Teramo, at an average altitude of 200 meters above sea level. The vineyards of origin are exposed to east-west and insist on clayey soils, of medium texture. After harvesting and soft pressing, the grapes were fermented with a long maceration of 30 days in contact with the marc. The refinement took place for 15 months in 225 liter French oak barrels characterized by medium toasting and fine grain. Before being marketed, Centorame 's Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC Castellum Vetus rested for 12 months in the bottle.

From an overripe harvest of Montepulciano and Merlot grapes , a wine with a sumptuous fragrance combined with an extraordinary softness is born. The residual sugar resulting from the partial drying of the bunch on vines over 30 years of age, blends with an elegant concentration of extractive elements that recall morello cherry, plum and red fruits, revealing a harmoniously balanced tannin. Il Fosso Cancelli was born in 2007 from the strong desire to create a wine of great craftsmanship and tradition. This wine reflects the ancient soul of our company and goes to photograph a well-defined historical period that has made the history of our Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, fermentation in cement. The name recalls the ditch that delimits the vineyards where the Montepulciano grapes are selected and harvested. These are the oldest vineyards of the Loreto Aprutino estate and are shown on the label to underline the great link with the territory. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are pressed in our ancient press and the must is transferred to concrete tanks. Fermentation occurs spontaneously by indigenous yeasts without temperature control. At the end of the fermentation proceeds with the racking and the new wine obtained is left to rest for 1 year in the cement tanks where it fermented. The wine is then bottled and aged for at least 3 years.

The Tassinaia is a full-bodied and complex red wine, produced with a Bordeaux blend, that is, starting from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and aged in cask for about 20 months. Hints of wild berries, spices and balsamic herbs stand out on the nose. The taste is deep and full-bodied, with great balance and elegant tannins

It is a wine of great character, complex. "ZAUOTT" is obtained from grapes produced from the oldest vineyards, with an average yield of 80/90 quintals per hectare.

This wine was made from grapes from its own vineyards located in the municipality of Nizza Monferrato , in the Bricco region. The vinification was carried out in a traditional way and the maceration with the skins lasted 10 days. After alcoholic fermentation it was stored at an optimal temperature (23 ° C) to facilitate malolactic fermentation. In the spring following the harvest, the wine was aged in small French oak barrels for a period of about 12-14 months and after a further refinement in steel it is bottled.

This wine was made from grapes from its own vineyards located in the municipality of Nizza Monferrato , Asti. The vinification was carried out in the traditional way at a temperature of about 24 degrees in contact with the skins for a period ranging from 12 to 15 days. After the alcoholic fermentation it was stored at an optimal temperature (23 ° C) to facilitate the malolactic fermentation. In April of this year La Solista was bottled without any aging in wood. It is therefore a young and ready-to-drink wine that fully respects the Piedmont peasant tradition.
