As precious as a jewel, Montagner's Grappa "18 Carati" is produced with the best pomace of Barbera, Dolcetto and Merlot grapes and aged for at least eighteen months in small barriques. Grappa Colli di Luni DOC with Vermentino pomace is produced with native grapes from the DOC area of La Spezia, grown in the municipalities of Ortonovo, Castelnuovo Magra, and Sarzana. The total alcohol content is 40% vol. It should be served at a temperature of 8°C to allow the taster to fully enjoy the scents of Vermentino and appreciate the intense olfactory notes. Grappa di Vermentino DOC Colli di Luni is obtained from a careful selection of the best Vermentino pomace, it has a white and brilliant color on the nose. It is intense, rich in floral notes, delicately harmonic. The taste is fresh, of great persistence, notes of rennet apple emerge in the finish.

Grappa Terenzi is distilled exclusively from our fresh pomace within 24 hours of pressing, using the discontinuous steam artisanal method. The cutting of the head and tail is done manually at each batch, no aroma is added to guarantee that every single drop is the best expression of the vine of origin.

The Aqua Vitae Riserva 18 years was aged for 18 years in used barriques, supplied at the time by the Le Pergole Torte winery to the Nannoni distillery. Only 911 specimens, really for enthusiasts…

It is obtained from a careful selection of fine pomace of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, a vine much appreciated for its extraordinary characteristics. It is a well-structured Grappa with a full and enveloping taste.

Single-varietal grappa from Garganega, obtained from the skilful and artisanal distillation of the pomace of the most prized grape, the same that gives rise to Recioto di Soave La Perlara. The result is a distillate with fruity aromas, which preserves the elegant aroma of the pomace and the soft and sweet taste of Recioto.

Grappa di Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, obtained from the distillation of pomace obtained from the pressing of the Amarone grapes following a drying of 4/5 months in the loft. The distillation takes place at low pressure with a discontinuous system, in order to preserve the aromas and scents of the raw materials. The distillate obtained is aged in oak barrels for about 6/7 months. Enveloping aroma, rich and intense flavour.

Single-varietal grappa from Garganega, obtained from the distillation of pomace obtained exclusively from the grapes of the Monte Fiorentine vineyard. Grappa of great personality, endowed with a strong aromatic profile. The clear fruity aromas and flavors recall the typicality of the cru of origin. In order to bring out the characteristic scents to the fullest, only the "heart" of the distillate is valued in order to obtain a grappa of supreme quality.

Aqua Vitae Le Pergole Torte It is a product obtained by distillation with steam cauldrons from the dripping pomace of Sangiovese grapes from the harvest of the "Le Pergole Torte" vineyard, located at the Montevertine farm.

From the pomace of Barbera and Pinot Noir destined for the legendary Le Grive red wine, this grappa is produced aged in French barriques.

Pronounced and typical bouquet of muscat in the multilayered nose with notes of vanilla and currants. On the palate with playful fruit and a pleasant, slightly sweet structure.

Each White Grappa has unique characteristics, all the result of a skilful distillation work which extracts the finest and most floral aromas from the Chardonnay pomace, while more fruity and warm notes from those of Pinot Noir. Their blend is a perfect balance between these perceptions.

Segnana has been able to reinvent grappa making it a modern distillate, of singular charm in its blend of history and innovation.

It comes from the pomace of white Trentino grapes, partly deriving from the production of Ferrari bubbles, which give elegance and finesse, and from the pomace of red Trentino grapes which give strength and character. Of a fascinating amber color, obtained from the long aging in barrels of precious essences, the Segnana Solera di Solera grappa stands out for its extraordinary complexity, which harmoniously blends vanilla and citrus notes with ethereal spicy hints. It seduces by its softness and persuasive enveloping.

Obtained from Moscato grape pomace from which it draws all its aromatic intensity. It is obtained from Moscato grape pomace. The delicate distillation in a steam bain-marie succeeds in transferring the typical aromatic intensity of the starting vine in an exemplary way. Aging in steel for at least one year gives the product a particular softness.

The maturation of the product takes place in precious American and European woods which give spicy and vanilla scents and an intense amber colour. To be enjoyed at room temperature, preferably in large "balloon" glasses. Alcohol 42% Bottle 2000 ml.

Teroldego Rotaliano or "Gold of Tyrol" from a probable interpretation of the idiom "Tiroler Gold". The rulers of Austria, during their regency in Trentino, in fact considered this wine excellent both for its intense and deep colour, scented with raspberry and blackberry and for its full, round flavour, rightly acidic and free of tannins: precisely Gold of the Tyrol.

Moscato Rosa is a particularly vigorous variety which transforms into a production of about twenty quintals of grapes per hectare. The vigor of the plant causes floral abortion during flowering, sweet millerandage and bunch spinning with a drastic reduction in grape production. This result is further reduced according to the drying of the grapes on the plant, aimed at obtaining a higher sugar concentration.

Acquavite di vinaccia di Recioto di Soave obtained by distilling the marc of grapes from the Soave hills used for the production of Recioto di Soave Classico. Left to age for a short period, it should be served young to capture the full, aristocratic flavours conveyed by the special method of vinification of the grapes.

Amber, complex and precious. Unlike young grappas, this fine distillate undergoes aging in non-waterproofed oak barriques which enriches its taste. The amber color as well as the intense, soft, refined aroma with hints of wood, tobacco and vanilla make it a product for passionate connoisseurs.

Grappa produced with pomace from our vineyards, selected and distilled according to the Trentino bain-marie method. It is a blend of aged grappa from Teroldego, Pinot Nero and Traminer, which ages for 25 months in oak barrels. During the slow contact with the wood, the grappa is enriched with a warm amber color and sweet and persuasive aromatic notes, which remind us of vanilla, custard and dried stone fruit. On the palate it expresses a velvety and round touch, with a delicate alcohol content and a pleasant freshness. The end result is a rich product, with ample and elegant aromas, warm but austere that expresses the richness of the noble vines used. It is distinguished by the excellent aromatic balance given by the long aging period.

It is obtained from the steam distillation of selected fresh Montepulciano d'Abruzzo marc.

The characteristic gold-amber color distinguishes this Grappa. Full-bodied, aromatic, as fine as it is elegant; it is an important distillate with incomparable organoleptic properties.

Perfectly dry white grappa but at the same time velvety and full.

Opalia grappa aged in barrique

Single-variety grappa obtained from the distillation of Sagrantino grape marc from our vineyards. It is aged in oak barrels and has a golden yellow color full of amber reflections. The odorous compounds extracted from the wood are perceived which give great complexity. The taste is therefore complex, full-bodied and persistent.

Obtained from the pomace of the grapes used for the Rocca di Frassinello wine, it is aged in small barrels and therefore amber yellow in color, shiny and transparent; very intense nose with delicate notes of blackberry in the finish. Supported by a great elegance that is enhanced in a balance of aromas ranging from floral and fruity notes to soft hints of vanilla and wood.
