Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Colle Secco Rubino by Cantina Tollo is presented after 24 months in oak barrels in the glass in a dark ruby red color. The nose reveals aromas of dark berries, accompanied by a delicate spicy aroma and a hint of vanilla. On the palate it is full-bodied and well structured with an almost cherry fruit and a fine and harmonious woody note in the finish. A wine that is suitable for dishes that are not too strong, pasta, grilled meats and cheeses that are not seasoned for too long. The photos of the products are purely indicative, the label or vintage may be different from that shown in the photo. NB If the title does not indicate the year of the bottle, the most recent vintage available for sale at the time of purchase will be sent.
This Syrah is Stefano Amerighi 's representative wine, the result of his work and his idea. A broad idea that goes from the soil to the plant to the balance of nature.
Bright coral pink color, the nose is fruity and with hints that recall red fruit, in the mouth it is round, fresh, characterized by a slight spiciness, and persistent in length.
Ripe grapes harvested in their full aromatic and extractive vigor from ancient vines that for over 30 years have produced fruits of extraordinary sweetness and aromatic intensity. Violet and dense allocchio, fruity and pulpy on the nose, it offers clear sensations of red flowers, blackberries and hints of sweet spices. The soft tannins of this Montepulciano dAbruzzo pleasantly caress the palate, giving back sensations of roundness and satisfaction and well balanced by the acid component. Ripe pulp extracts satisfy the sip, losing their softness and yielding to sweetness, fullness and elegance.
Montefalco Grechetto doc is a dry wine that presents a range of lively aromas on the nose as well as in the mouth. Sweet fruit, white and yellow flowers and a good acidic freshness keep it alive and persistent. A native white grape of Umbria, in Scacciadiavoli it is vinified in purity. It accompanies hot summer days served at the right temperature and goes well with first courses or light main courses all year round. Wine to drink young. The presence of deposits in the bottom of the bottle is natural.
That the Trebbiano Spoletino grape is of high enological interest is now a certain fact. It is an ancient vine that has only recently been rediscovered. It can be grown in the territory of Spoleto and Montefalco. In our cellar we have aimed to capture the finer and at the same time intriguing soul of this grape. We have given space to its changing and original aromas with a vinification in amphora that respects these characteristics and then we have strengthened its expressive character with an aging in untoasted wood and amphora for at least 9 months. In our opinion the result is that of a great white wine for aging, capable of surprising at every sip for its richness of facets.

The color is deep, the bouquet is sensual and the body is vigorous. Wine whose refinement is appreciated when young, when fruit and spices blend with the taste of wood, in which Sagrantino has been elevated. But it is after a few years that its success is fully appreciated, when balsamic notes intervene and the tannins soften: thus we discover a wine with a great personality. Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG is suitable for long aging: 20 and more years. Rich in polyphenols which have antioxidant and therefore beneficial properties. The presence of deposits in the bottom of the bottle is natural. Sagrantino Di Montefalco Scacciadiavoli

Each family in Abruzzo has its own tatone. Confidential and affectionate appellation for the grandfather, the tatone actually represents a fundamental figure in the traditional family structure, to which age and maturity confer authority, prestige and wisdom. Our Tatone is like this too: a mature and complex Montepulciano dAbruzzo, to which 24 months aging in large Slavonian oak barrels and 3 months in the bottle gives balance and elegance, with aromas of fruit and spices supported by an excellent structure and accompanied by a long persistence. A complex and at the same time authentic wine, like all tatoni tenaciously linked to its traditions and its land: this land of Abruzzo that we cultivate with love and respect, of which we work the grapes with the wisdom of generations of winemakers, using technologies more advanced to protect and enhance its qualities. Our Land of Aligi.

The Fiat Chardonnay bottle can be a great gift idea for car enthusiasts. Wines with an automotive design produced in limited numbers by the eccentric Piedmontese producer Pier Giorgio Scrimaglio. The Scrimaglio family has been in Piedmont since the 17th century and comes from France, where it bore the name Escrimeaux (swordsman). In Monferrato, it gave its name to an area that is still called Region Scrimaglio, where the farm and vineyards are now located. Francesco Scrimaglio, the progenitor of the family, started his wine-growing business in the early 1900s, which was later expanded by his son Pietro and grandsons Franco and Mario.

And we too walk the path of the Martinotti Method. Because it is a piece of all-Italian history, because a glass of bubbles induces an immediate smile, because the Passerina vine benefits from the second fermentation in an autoclave which amplifies its wheel of perfumes, maintaining its freshness and salinity. Passerina Brut carries with it an imaginary made of joy and celebrations. With this spirit we vinify it in the hope that, once in your glasses, it will be as much a source of happiness for you as it is for us to produce it. An explosion of wild flowers, hints of cedar, tasty snuff-box peaches and crunchy white cherries. The perlage is subtle and the sweetness imperceptible for a decisive sip that tells the story of the territory.
Its denomination derives from the earliness of ripening. Its origin is uncertain, while its arrival in Italy is due to the Benedictines, who introduced it in the seventeenth century.
The Carpineto Estate, in Montalcino, rises at an altitude that reaches over 500 meters slm , one of the highest points within the denomination. The structure of the soil is made up of marl and accumulations of clay dating back to the Eocene (15 million years ago). The vineyards are surrounded by thick Mediterranean scrub which protects them from the humid western currents coming from the Maremma; it is also thanks to their exposure that the wine reveals hints of berries and Mediterranean herbs. A truly unique microclimate, which gives the wines aromatic intensity, lively acidity and marked elegance, as well as incredible longevity.

It extends between Florence and Siena in a territory of breathtaking beauty, made up of villages perched on the top of the hills, of olive trees cultivated in steep fields with an irregular outline and of cypresses lined up to delimit the innumerable dirt roads.

We now have the new Piandimare white wine. Despite the strong vocation for red wines, after the experience with rosés, our cellar proves to be a great interpreter of the territory even with white berried grapes such as Pecorino, a typical Abruzzo vine. Pecorino grapes are harvested in the early hours of the morning , during the second ten days of September. The grapes are softly pressed and then fermented at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. On the nose our Pecorino opens with great aromas of white peach, pear, pineapple, fuji apple and acacia flowers. It is perfect for an elegant aperitif with a selection of soft and semi-soft cheeses accompanied by spicy vegetables.
Red berried grapes of the territory, harvested and pressed immediately without maceration. Vinified at low temperature. After vinification, the wine ages for 6 months in steel in order to harmonize and enhance its varietal aroma characterized by aromas of pink petal flowers, banana, pineapple, pear, wild strawberry and wild cherry. Pale pink color, on the palate it is fresh, elegant and with a pleasant finish. The pleasant salty note gives a lean and refreshing drink. Unmissable during summer aperitifs based on local butchery, it is a wine that calls one bottle after another and invites to a convivial sharing. Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with raw seafood dishes and fried Adriatic paranza
Here we are at the second wine in the Oltremare line, created with the aim of offering the young public an immediate and pleasant product. Actually, apart from the commercial motivation, I would say that if a wine is good we can all appreciate it, indiscriminately.
