From an idea of Dario and his collaborator friend Cesare, who passed away prematurely, the sparkling rosé from Corvina grapes, of second flowering, was born to bring out the freshness and youth of the fruit. The name Ghes, a Greek word meaning “of the earth”, indicates the deep bond of the wine with the soil that generates it.

The grapes, the same used for the production of Amarone, are left to dry in the plateaus for a few months and pressed in March when they have reached their maximum sugar concentration.

Brilliant straw yellow color with subtle greenish reflections, the nose is a symphony of aromas that tell of yellow apple and acacia flowers, chamomile and peanuts, with subtle jasmine tones. Fresh, very pleasant, balanced on the palate, it is enriched by the creamy grain of effervescence which makes it truly enchanting.

Ruby red colour. Intense and persistent aromas reminiscent of blackberry and cherry. On the palate it is soft, slightly tannic and with good flavor.

Camponi, IGT Veneto, is the pleasant and drinkable red of La Collina dei Ciliegi. It comes from a careful processing of 100% Corvina Veronese grapes. The same base of the noble Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG which represents the spearhead of the Erbin cellar. In this case, however, the grapes are taken to the cellar immediately after harvesting, to be transformed when they are still fresh and vital. After the destemming phase, the grapes are sent for maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature. A process that lasted for over a week. The result is a wine characterized by a beautiful purple red color, with a nice spicy and fine scent. In the mouth, however, it is pleasantly agile and fresh. Equipped with a subtle and mature tannin, it easily finds a way to give great satisfaction on the table. Super versatile, if served at a slightly lower temperature than normal, it can even be paired with fish-based dishes.

Medium intensity straw yellow, bright and luminous. Typical nose that smells of fruits and flowers with notes of apple, wisteria and acacia. In taste it is fresh and savory, with that slight sugary residue that helps to balance it. A wine with a creamy effervescence, very pleasant.

This wine is obtained from Sauvignon Blanc grapes with a light golden yellow colour, a delicate, aromatic, characteristic bouquet, a dry, velvety, full-bodied flavour.

Prosecco, in the sparkling version, is a wine capable of teasing and satisfying even the most demanding palates. It has a brilliant straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is complex with hints of rose, jasmine, wisteria and acacia flowers. The fruity notes are of banana apple and pineapple, with mineral nuances. Good freshness, particularly sapid and excellent persistence.

Spumante Col de Mez Rosé is produced with bunches of Pinot Noir and Raboso from the Quartier del Piave area. The grapes are harvested at mid-ripening to preserve the acid component. The harvest usually takes place at the end of August for Pinot Noir and in October for Raboso. After being harvested, the bunches arrive in the cellar where they undergo a short maceration with selected yeasts to preserve the typicality of the product as much as possible. Finally, the sparkling process takes place using the Charmat Method in an autoclave.

From Trebbiano di Lugana grapes produced in the area located in the southernmost stretch of Lake Garda. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Medium-bodied, but fresh with a delicately fruity and soft bouquet. Ideal with fish-based dishes, rice, first courses, and hors d'oeuvres in general.

Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Col De Mez is produced with Glera grapes ripened on the vineyards of the historic hill called Col de Mez. The harvest takes place in September and is strictly manual. It is also called the "heroic harvest" precisely because picking the grapes in these rows is not easy at all. For our Pinot Nero Levigato IGT Marca Trevigiana, the grapes from the vineyards in the municipalities of Arcade, Spresiano, Ponzano Veneto, Povegliano and Villorba are used. The soils, which are of medium texture, enjoy a cool and windy climate, ideal for preserving the fragrance and acidity of the product. The harvest generally takes place in the second half of September. After harvesting, the grapes reach the cellar where fermentation on the skins begins, which lasts about twenty days in steel vats. Immediately after racking, the product ages in barrique and tonneau for about 12 months. Subsequently it is decanted into oak barrels with a capacity of 30 hectoliters where it continues aging for a few months. Pinot Noir is a pretty bizarre grape and it certainly is among the most difficult to cultivate and make wine. Historically it was born in the French region of Burgundy, where they have been cultivating it for over 2,000 years.

The olfactory bouquet that emerges on the nose is broad, where various notes of small berry fruits such as blackberry, cherry and currant can be traced, alternating with spicy references. On the palate it has an excellent structure, powerful and energetic thanks to a round sip, which wraps the palate with softness; it closes with a finish of excellent persistence, characterized by an aftertaste that recalls the flavor of the dried grapes from which the Amarone production process is born. A label of important depth both on the nose and in the mouth, which comes from a meticulous production process, in which each phase of the production is followed with care and attention, until the wine, after a good period of refinement, is not ready to be bottled. A great expression, dense, intense and elegant. The "Punta 470" takes shape from the union between Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, varieties grown in soils rich in skeleton and limestone located in the hilly area of Montecchia di Crosara. The manual harvest begins during the second half of September, taking care to place the bunches in boxes without overlapping them, in order to guarantee correct ventilation. The bunches wither for 4-5 months in a fruit cellar, dehydrating and thus concentrating their sugary substances; then we proceed with the pressing, and the must obtained is fermented in steel. The wine ages for 30-36 months in 500-litre oak tonneaux and 25-hectolitre barrels.

Maculan 's Moscato Dindarello was obtained from 100% Moscato Bianco grapes grown on hilly soils of limestone and tuffaceous matrix located in the Breganze area (VI). After the harvest, the grapes were subjected to drying in the loft for about 1 month, a practice which allowed the grapes to obtain a higher sugar concentration. The alcoholic fermentation, aimed at transforming the sugars into alcohol, took place in steel vats. Before being marketed, this delicious straw wine rested for 3 months in the bottle.

Ca'de'Rocchi is an internationally defined line of Tinazzi . 100% Venetian wines, however, made to be drunk, and understood, really by everyone. The name of the wine, Dugal, derives from the behavior of the two vines that every year try to excel one over the other, like “two roosters in the hen house”. Dugal has a dense and almost impenetrable purplish ruby color, a decisive and captivating olfactory texture, with references to dog rose, plums, blackberries and blackcurrant jam, tones of cocoa, licorice, cardamom, contained references to sweet and toasted wood, memories of cinchona and vegetal nuances. The taste is energetic, rich, the tannin already integrated, the softness and sweetness of the fruit prevails but the acidity provides the necessary shoulder to balance it. A wine not particularly complex but very faithful to the characteristics of the two grape varieties.
