VINEYARD PRODUCTION NOTES Varietal: Pinot Grigio 100% Soil type: calcareous clay of alluvial origin Harvest time: second ten days of September TASTING NOTES Colour: pale pink. Aromas: hawthorn blossom, green apple and white almond with a gentle, delicate finish reminiscent of wild rose. Taste: fresh, savoury and with a lively acidity that goes well with a finish in which hints of small red fruits prevail. PAIRINGS Excellent as an aperitif and in perfect harmony with fried vegetable dishes, mushrooms, delicate pastas and spring risottos, light white meats and fish with stronger processing.
