The total alcohol content is 40% vol. It should be served at a temperature of 8°C to allow the taster to fully enjoy the scents of Vermentino and appreciate the intense olfactory notes. Grappa di Vermentino DOC Colli di Luni is obtained from a careful selection of the best Vermentino pomace, it has a white and brilliant color on the nose. It is intense, rich in floral notes, delicately harmonic. The taste is fresh, of great persistence, notes of rennet apple emerge in the finish.

Grappa di Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, obtained from the distillation of pomace obtained from the pressing of the Amarone grapes following a drying of 4/5 months in the loft. The distillation takes place at low pressure with a discontinuous system, in order to preserve the aromas and scents of the raw materials. Grappa produced with pomace from our vineyards, selected and distilled according to the Trentino bain-marie method. It is a blend of aged grappa from Teroldego, Pinot Nero and Traminer, which ages for 25 months in oak barrels. During the slow contact with the wood, the grappa is enriched with a warm amber color and sweet and persuasive aromatic notes, which remind us of vanilla, custard and dried stone fruit. On the palate it expresses a velvety and round touch, with a delicate alcohol content and a pleasant freshness. The end result is a rich product, with ample and elegant aromas, warm but austere that expresses the richness of the noble vines used. It is distinguished by the excellent aromatic balance given by the long aging period.

From the cultivation of the highly prized Saffron dell'Aquila DOP, which has always represented the driving force of the medieval economy of the Aquila basin, a tasty and original product at 30 ° is born. The exclusive properties of the Aquila Saffron, used for the liqueur, are recognized by a specific disciplinary to guarantee the quality of the product and to protect the consumer.
Liqueur obtained from the cold infusion of the Ghentiana Lutea roots, a high mountain plant, with very marked tonic and digestive properties, in pure alcohol. The preciousness of the liqueur is enriched by the presence of other herbs which contribute to giving the product a delicately lively taste. The infusion of Ghentianè, which has come down to us from the herbal tradition of the Abruzzo monks, was widely used in the Middle Ages as a remedy for gastrointestinal problems of various kinds and even as a febrifuge, thanks to the active ingredient of genziopicrin present within the root. The liqueur produced at an alcohol content of 30° has a warm color with amber reflections typical of Gentian. The rich bouquet of herbs, as well as characterizing the visual nuances of the product, also enriches the olfactory and gustatory ones, mitigating the bitter scent of the gentian root and giving a pleasant and fresh aftertaste that remains persistent over time.
