A Blanc de Blancs obtained from the vinification of Chardonnay grapes only, the 1701 Franciacorta Satèn offers all the aromatic breadth and elegance of this vine. Soft, thanks to the fine and elegant perlage, ripe and round, after at least 30 months of aging on the lees it can express all the richness and intensity of which it is capable.

White wine grown on soils of gray porphyry and sandy limestone powder. Straw yellow color and great potential for aromas with mineral hints of flint and an absolutely clear fruit. On the palate it is presented with great depth, precision and a decisive and persistent aftertaste.

Pinot Noir Matan grows in the most prestigious areas in Montagna for this vine. Thanks to the terroir, this wine is characterized by character, elegance, delicacy and aromatic notes. The considerable temperature range between day and night, which characterizes the ripening phase of the grapes, makes this robust dark red wine, with an aroma of wild berries, particularly structured.

Produced with grapes coming from the same vineyard from which Barbaresco is obtained, the Langhe DOC "Martinenga" by Marchesi di Grèsy has all the character and elegance of the great Nebbiolo, with intense and very fine aromas. Refined in concrete or steel, it offers liveliness and pleasantness on the sip.

The Prosecco Brut Rustico from the Nino Franco winery is a Treviso Doc white wine with incomparable harmony and freshness. Il Lauro comes from a selection of grapes from the historic "Mogliette" vineyard planted in 1969 on the loamy soil of a windy west-facing hillside. The vineyard's longevity and particular location allow for a late harvest and the achievement of an excellent balance between acidity and sugar content. The historicity of the planting, the management of the vines, the selection of the bunches during the harvest and the maniacal attention in all the processing phases allow us to obtain a full-bodied, velvety and decidedly refined wine.

Our cru Etna Rosso DOC Contrada Diciassettesalme has an intense ruby red color. The nose presents red berries such as raspberry, strawberries and blackberries and turns towards notes of herbs such as mallow, thyme and juniper accompanied by mineral sensations. On the palate it is very broad, the tannins are perfectly balanced and the finish is long and delicately balsamic.

Il Sole di Sesta Sicilia DOC Cottanera is a ruby red wine with violet reflections. The nose opens with ample notes of sweet fruit and fresh Mediterranean nuances that are combined with spicy notes of chocolate and black pepper. A wine with a captivating taste, full, balanced, warm, sunny, rich in pulp. The noble tannins are supported by good acidity.

One of our most particular wines: a pure Mondeuse L'Ardenza is a pure Mondeuse, a grape from Haute Savoie, with a ruby red color. On the nose a fresh vegetal note introduces intense and fruity hints of morello cherry, cherry and blueberry, which go well with the pleasant and elegant balsamic, mineral and spicy notes. On the palate it is pleasantly fat and supported by dense tannins of great quality and a pleasant savory note. The finish is long and very persistent.

The soil of Calderara, a mixture of black pumice and basalt, enhances the minerality typical of Carricante. Our Etna DOC Bianco Contrada Calderara has a golden straw color. The nose welcomes us with hints of lemon blossom, elderberry, chamomile, bergamot, sage and fresh oregano that intertwine with white peach and yellow plum. On the palate it releases saline vitality that enhances the sinuous body enhancing the richness of the finish. A White destined for longevity.

In this unique and rare wine, the grapes of our Cru express themselves with their deepest character. The Etna Rosso Riserva contrada Zottorinoto cru is a wine with a brilliant garnet ruby color. On the nose the floral notes and Mediterranean herbs give breath to the hints of fruit among which blueberries, raspberries and blackberries stand out wrapped in a spice of vanilla and black tea. On the palate the body is velvety and enveloping, sapid in the length and relaxed in the noble and chiseled tannins, long persistence.

Centorame 's Montepulciano Castellum Vetus Centorame made from 100% Montepulciano grapes grown in the Atri area, in the province of Teramo, at an average altitude of 200 meters above sea level. The vineyards of origin are exposed to east-west and insist on clayey soils, of medium texture. After harvesting and soft pressing, the grapes were fermented with a long maceration of 30 days in contact with the marc. The refinement took place for 15 months in 225 liter French oak barrels characterized by medium toasting and fine grain. Before being marketed, Centorame 's Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC Castellum Vetus rested for 12 months in the bottle.

From an overripe harvest of Montepulciano and Merlot grapes , a wine with a sumptuous fragrance combined with an extraordinary softness is born.
