Amarone della Valpolicella Classico dei Domìni Veneti is born in the historic area of Valpolicella Classica, from terraced vineyards interspersed with characteristic dry stone walls. Deeply concentrated garnet red. It is enhanced on the nose with hints of dried red fruit, tobacco and spices. The taste is surprisingly intense and decisive, with pure silk tannins. The name of the wine, Dugal, derives from the behavior of the two vines that every year try to excel one over the other, like “two roosters in the hen house”. Dugal has a dense and almost impenetrable purplish ruby color, a decisive and captivating olfactory texture, with references to dog rose, plums, blackberries and blackcurrant jam, tones of cocoa, licorice, cardamom, contained references to sweet and toasted wood, memories of cinchona and vegetal nuances. The taste is energetic, rich, the tannin already integrated, the softness and sweetness of the fruit prevails but the acidity provides the necessary shoulder to balance it. A wine not particularly complex but very faithful to the characteristics of the two grape varieties.

Lugana Dop Ca'de'Rocchi 2019 is a white wine made from Trebbiano di Lugana grapes grown in vineyards in the southern area of Lake Garda. The nose has an intense bouquet of citrus and exotic fruits with light floral notes, while in the mouth it is fresh, soft and well balanced. Ideal as an aperitif, or paired with appetizers, light first courses and fish.

Its straw yellow color is the preview of an olfactory range composed of citrus notes that recall grapefruit, balsamic notes and sage. In the mouth it is intense and pleasantly fresh.

Obtained from Garganega and Trebbiano grapes, Soave Classico comes from the vineyards of the Soave Classico area, north-east of Verona. The fresh grapes are harvested by hand, followed by the pigid-destemming, the subsequent soft pressing and the start of fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature (14-16 ° C).
