Grappa Colli di Luni DOC with Vermentino pomace is produced with native grapes from the DOC area of La Spezia, grown in the municipalities of Ortonovo, Castelnuovo Magra, and Sarzana. The total alcohol content is 40% vol. It should be served at a temperature of 8°C to allow the taster to fully enjoy the scents of Vermentino and appreciate the intense olfactory notes. Grappa di Vermentino DOC Colli di Luni is obtained from a careful selection of the best Vermentino pomace, it has a white and brilliant color on the nose. It is intense, rich in floral notes, delicately harmonic. The taste is fresh, of great persistence, notes of rennet apple emerge in the finish.
Linked to the Ligurian tradition of the 5Terre, where in ancient times families, using "poor" ingredients, produced this liqueur with great character. Mead is a fermented honey, an "ancestral wine" because it is the result of ancient recipes. It is prepared by Essentiae by letting the Lunigiana millefeuille honey dissolved in water ferment. Gin Montevertine is a distillate born out of curiosity, fun and passion for a distillate that goes well with moments of free time and relaxation. Its first release is dated 2020, with the precious collaboration of Priscilla Occhipinti, owner of the Tuscan distillery Nannoni. This Gin was made with botanicals from the Montevertine hills, in Radda in Chianti.

Ratafià is a liqueur that has always been present in the Abruzzo home tradition. Ratafià Praesidium is Praesidium from an accurate infusion process of excellent raw materials, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Praesidium wine and black cherries, some of which are found near our vineyards, characterized by an intense aroma and a warm body. The alcohol content is 26.5% vol.

It comes from the pomace of white Trentino grapes, partly deriving from the production of Ferrari bubbles, which give elegance and finesse, and from the pomace of red Trentino grapes which give strength and character. Of a fascinating amber color, obtained from the long aging in barrels of precious essences, the Segnana Solera di Solera grappa stands out for its extraordinary complexity, which harmoniously blends vanilla and citrus notes with ethereal spicy hints. The delicate distillation in a steam bain-marie succeeds in transferring the typical aromatic intensity of the starting vine in an exemplary way. Teroldego Rotaliano or "Gold of Tyrol" from a probable interpretation of the idiom "Tiroler Gold". The rulers of Austria, during their regency in Trentino, in fact considered this wine excellent both for its intense and deep colour, scented with raspberry and blackberry and for its full, round flavour, rightly acidic and free of tannins: precisely Gold of the Tyrol.
Moscato Rosa is a particularly vigorous variety which transforms into a production of about twenty quintals of grapes per hectare. The vigor of the plant causes floral abortion during flowering, sweet millerandage and bunch spinning with a drastic reduction in grape production. This result is further reduced according to the drying of the grapes on the plant, aimed at obtaining a higher sugar concentration.

Obtained from fully ripe grapes from a vineyard located on the hills of the Valdarno. The must is macerated with its skins at a low temperature and is subsequently processed fresh from fermentation in an artisanal distillery not far from the cellar.

Grappa produced with pomace from our vineyards, selected and distilled according to the Trentino bain-marie method. It is a blend of aged grappa from Teroldego, Pinot Nero and Traminer, which ages for 25 months in oak barrels. During the slow contact with the wood, the grappa is enriched with a warm amber color and sweet and persuasive aromatic notes, which remind us of vanilla, custard and dried stone fruit. On the palate it expresses a velvety and round touch, with a delicate alcohol content and a pleasant freshness. The end result is a rich product, with ample and elegant aromas, warm but austere that expresses the richness of the noble vines used. It is distinguished by the excellent aromatic balance given by the long aging period.
