When tasted it has an intense ruby red color that highlights a good structure. On the nose it expresses aromas of ripe red fruit such as cherry and black cherry and floral notes of violet. The taste is balanced, persistent, warm, of fine quality. It goes perfectly with first courses with red meat-based sauces, timbales, filled crepes. Excellent with all types of meat and with medium-aged cheeses and cured meats.
