Spumante Brut Nerello Mascalese Vinificato in Bianco Valdemone 2016 - Tornatore

The glass is brilliant straw yellow and crystalline, with a delicate and continuous perlage. The olfactory is fresh and fragrant, floral and fruity. The same setting of the nose is repeated when tasted, where the acid shoulder is well worked, the drink is smooth, the persistence is long and the closure is pleasantly savory. Ideal to uncork for an aperitif, it is excellent with seafood salad.
