Etna DOC Spumante Metodo Classico Cottanera has a bright straw yellow color. The nose welcomes us with hints of white flowers accompanied by light citrus notes. On the palate it is full, fresh and vibrant showing at the same time a good structure and complexity. A brut with a fine and persistent perlage with a marked minerality.
