Organoleptic characteristics Colour: Pale yellow with greenish reflections Perlage: long and persistent Bouquet: intense, fine with hints of ripe apple Taste: fresh, medium-bodied with a slight bitter aftertaste. Consumption: Serving temperature: 8-10 °C. Perfect for aperitifs and appetizers, it goes very well with risottos, delicate fish-based main courses and white meats.
