Sommelier's notes: The Preludio has an intense and brilliant straw-coloured colour. Aromatic perceptions of lychee and passion fruit emerge on the nose. The range expands with floral notes of chamomile and sweet acacia alternating with fresher hints of cedar peel chlorophyll, followed by boxwood flowers and hay. On the palate it is full-bodied, enveloping and with a calibrated alcohol content, the vibrant freshness gives vivacity and balance. The notes discovered on the nose follow one another and give a long and original finish.

- Cold spaghetti with prawns, pistachios and caper water.
