Exclusively by hand in small 15 kg boxes. Soft pressing and static clarification of the must at low temperature for 24 hours. Fermentation takes place at 15 C° with selected yeasts. The wine ages on the lees for 5 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Malolactic fermentation does not take place. Straw yellow with green reflections. Delicate hints of spices and citrus aromas. The palate is well defined with a strong character and a long finish.
