Sauvignon Blanc finds perfect expression in the suitable plots where the marked temperature range between day and night allows the aromatic component of the grapes to be preserved.
The vineyards that give life to the Sauvignon of La-Vis grow lush along the slopes at the gates of the Cembra Valley.Straw yellow in color with green reflections. In the glass the very intense and sweet notes of elderberry, peach and ripe fruit stimulate the sense of smell. When tasted it is complex, full and rich with a savory and mineral sip embellished with a pleasant return of ripe fruit.
