Donnafugata 's Etna Bianco “Sul Vulcano” is a fresh and mineral wine born on the slopes of the great Sicilian volcano, at 750 meters above sea level. It is vinified in steel and aged in French barriques. It smells of white flowers, citrus and flint. The sip is taut, very fresh, savory and mineral, with good persistence
