Spumante Brut Fonteneve Passerina - Villese

The name "Fonteneve" honors the two main monuments of the town of Villalfonsina, namely the nineteenth-century fountain and the church of Santa Maria della Neve. Built in the nineteenth century, the fountain is located in an important place from a road and cultural point of view, in fact it stands at the entrance to the town and is considered by all to be the symbol of Villalfonsina. Mentioned in 1742 in the appreciation of the D'Avalos property, the Church of Santa Maria della Neve is located in Piazza Roma and houses a coeval stone epigraph and works of art from the same period. The people of the Villese area have always identified themselves with the Fountain and the Madonna della Neve. The wine has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Intense and persistent bouquet with floral hints on the palate is fresh and balanced and makes vivacity a bewitching weapon, the long and continuous finish stimulates the drink.
