Idea del Vino : Wine for young, fairly experienced consumers looking for products with a great price / quality ratio. Sensory characteristics : Straw yellow in color with golden reflections. The perfume is intense and persistent, complex, with fruity and herbaceous aromas, notes of vanilla and nutmeg. On the palate it is fruity (peach, grapefruit and lime) and mineral, medium-bodied, round and fairly balanced. The finish is long, clean, spicy but delicate. Food matches : Good with rich first courses, white meat and cheese. Excellent with soups and grilled fish. Serving temperature : 10-12 ° C.
