Soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Organoleptic characteristics
Yellow color with straw-yellow reflections, it has an intense, fruity aroma, with floral notes, dry to the taste, but with an aromatic balance, slightly bitter aftertaste, serve cool at a temperature of 10 ° C.
Food pairings
Classic wine for fish and dry pasta. It excels with all fish-based cuisine, but also goes well with delicate meat-based dishes. Excellent with appetizers and as an aperitif.
