The Cantina Puiatti , since 1967 a protagonist of the Friulian wine and viticultural world, is part of the Bertani Domains wine mosaic, which collects in addition to the historic Venetian brand also the Marche Fazi Battaglia and the Tuscan Val di Suga, Tre Rose and San Leonino.
VINES AND PLANTS: Sauvignon Blanc, mix of French clones and the famous Friulian R3
AREA: Romans D'Isonzo, Zuccole area.
SOIL: Alluvial soils formed by a gravelly underlying layer covered by reddish clays rich in iron oxides.
VINIFICATION: Cold maceration of the grapes in press (6 - 8 hours), soft pressing (only must).
ALCOHOL: 12.5% VOL
SUGGESTED COMBINATIONS: Appetizers, fish first courses. Seafood and shellfish. Perfect with sushi and Asian food.
