PERFUMEIntense and complex fruity notes of apricot and ripe peach, accompanied by a great minerality.

PAIRINGSIdeal with elaborate hors d'oeuvres, particularly with fish and seafood. Also perfect with white meats.

TASTEFull and racy, with great intensity and a pleasantly mineral and persistent finish.
