Harvesting is late and takes place after drying on the vine with grapes attacked by noble rot. Fermentation is in steel with indigenous yeasts, and maceration on the skins lasts seventy-five days. The wine thus obtained matures for four years in used Slavonian oak barriques and then refines in the bottle for two years before being put on the market.
AGEINGFour years in used Slavonian oak barriques and 24 months in bottle.
