The Bruciato Bolgheri di Antinori is produced from red grapes from 80 hectares of vineyards that best express the typical characteristics of the Bolgheri area. The wine ferments for 10-15 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 28 and 30 ° C. A part of Merlot and Syrah undergoes fermentation at lower temperatures to better maintain the varietal aromas. The malolactic fermentation is carried out partly in barrique and partly in stainless steel tanks, ending by the end of the year. Subsequently the wine undergoes a further passage in barrique where it matures for another 8 months, at the end of which it is bottled. Refinement in the bottle lasts 4 months. This wine can be stored for 4 to 5 years in the cellar before being drunk.
