Fontalloro della Fattoria di Felsina is a Tuscan red wine based on Sangiovese, considered an unmistakable territorial brand. The complex aromatic profile is drawn by dark shades of blackberry, licorice and black pepper with light hints of tobacco. The body is powerful and structured, with well integrated tannins and a finish with a pleasant aftertaste.

IL PALEO IS LE MACCHIOLE, THE COMPANY'S REFERENCE WINE. FIRST RED BORN IN THE HOUSE REPRESENTS THE ESTATE IN A GREAT WAY, LETTING THAT TOUCH OF ROMANCE THAT SO MUCH DISTINGUISHES THE SPOTS DISAPPEARED. OBTAINED FROM THE VINIFICATION OF SOLO CABERNET FRANC, IT HAS HINTS OF BLACK FRUITS, SAGE, ROSEMARY, CICCOLATO AND SPICES. IN THE MOUTH IT IS SOFT AND AGGRESSED, WITH A FEMININE AND SEDUCTIVE SILKNESS.

Cortaccio Villa Cafaggio is a wine of extraordinary stature and has a garnet red color, an intense aroma with hints of blackcurrant and a perfectly integrated toasting note. On the palate it is of remarkable concentration but at the same time perfectly harmonious, rightly tannic and very persistent. The grapes are de-stemmed and delicately pressed in order not to damage the skin rich in coloring matter. Selected yeasts are added to the must to activate fermentation while the wine remains in contact with the skins for 3 weeks. After the primary fermentation, the Cortaccio is transferred to a room dedicated exclusively to malolactic fermentation, which takes place entirely in French oak barriques and which allows to produce a wine of great structure and balance.

The Brunello di Montalcino from the Poggio di Sotto estate is an elegant and prestigious red wine. Very low yield per hectare and organic management in the vineyard give us a wine with a clear interweaving of hints of undergrowth, humus, flowers, sweet spice and leather on a Mediterranean background. Refined and austere on the palate, with great persistence and velvety tannins. Ace catch it all!

The Salvioni family has been winemakers since the early 1900s, although it was only in 1985 under Giulio Salvioni that they began to bottle and market their wines. Success followed soon after when the Italian wine critic Andrea Gabbrielli awarded the 1985 vintage the Tre Bicchieri prize in the well-known food and wine magazine Gambero Rosso.

Intense and intense ruby red color, sometimes impenetrable. Ripe dark cherries, sour cherries in alcohol and black fruit jam are the scents that open the olfactory, then characterized by nuances of mocha, cocoa, marzipan, licorice and rhubarb. This Paestum Aglianico PDO "Naima" is absolutely to be combined with structured dishes belonging to the land cuisine. Excellent with mutton in a pan.

"Sole di Sesta" is a mineral and fruity Syrah from Castiglione di Sicilia, aged in first and second passage barriques. The aromas have an articulated and rich aromatic set, in which the classic spicy, fruity and herbaceous tones of the grape are recognized. When tasted it has depth and breadth, with young tannins and good freshness that make it a long-lived wine

A wine of strong persistence , it benefits from the beneficial influences of the sea and a mild climate, protected in its vineyards by the crown of the Picentini Monti . With a highly recognizable style, it is a wine characterized by complexity, like the territory in which it is born, like the scents and colors of its land. It has a deep, intense and concentrated ruby red color. It has aromas of wood, nuances of violet, blackberry, cherry, black cherry.

The Faro DOC Palari wine is considered by some connoisseurs to be the best Sicilian wine: the grapes of the native vines give an intense soul to this Mediterranean red that stands out for its enveloping and soft taste.
