Golden yellow tending towards amber. On the nose yellow flowers, candied fruit, peaches in syrup and pine nuts. Soft on the palate, tending to sweet, allowing apricots and baked pears, notes of vanilla and a slightly almond finish. Serve at 14 ° with dry sweets, almond paste, cheeses or cheesecakes, foi gras or alone as a meditation wine. Alcohol: 14.5% vol.

Brilliant ruby red color with violet reflections. Thanks to the harmony of the tannins, combined with the delicate complexity of the aromas and the final note of sweetness, the wine is characterized by an excellent balance in the mouth.

Chianti Classico Castellare di Castellina

Intense ruby red with garnet reflections. The nose expresses richness and intensity thanks to beautiful fruity and slightly spicy, balsamic and floral notes. On the palate it is centered, juicy, fine and complete. It closes with a vibrant and persistent finish. Throughout the meal, it goes well with salami and meats rich in flavor, tasty and aromatic cheeses.

The White Angel is a Cuvè, it is aged in wooden barrels and is cared for and harvested according to the lunar tides. It is fresh, fruity and smooth to the taste. The palate shows spring flowers and a hint of caramelized citrus. At the same time, the grapes give the cuvée a beautiful minerality and volume. We can recommend this great expansion with seafood, shellfish or grilled fish.

The warmth and freshness of the wide range of berries seduce at first taste: dark cherries, blackberries, black raspberries and undergrowth.
