Sabazio is characterized by a ruby red color with brilliant reflections. The nose opens with a delicate floral bouquet, enriched by pleasant fruity scents. On the palate it is fresh, pleasantly persistent and with a balanced acidity.

Every single bottle of this wine is the result of a careful process, which starts from the scrupulous selection of the best Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes (50% and 50%) from our most suitable vineyards.

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOP 2021 - BIO Line

Delicato al palato, con tannini setosi e ottimo equilibrio. Il finale è equilibrato e persistente, con sapori di frutti di bosco e spezie.

Rinfrescante al palato, con tannini accentuati dalla freschezza acida. Il finale è persistente, con sapori di frutta, spezie e note balsamiche.

Il Passito di Pantelleria DOC "Nikà Nikà" dell'azienda Nika Nika è prodotto esclusivamente con uve di zibibbo, un’antica varietà di origine egiziana conosciuta anche come moscato d’Alessandria o moscatellone e introdotta in Sicilia dagli arabi. Sull’isola di Pantelleria lo zibibbo esprime, da sempre, le sue migliori qualità, regalando bacche grandi e dolci, dall'intenso bouquet. Le uve di zibibbo, vendemmiate a mano e appassite al sole per circa cinque settimane, vengono poi pigiate, diraspate e poste a macerare insieme al mosto in fermentazione del raccolto di Settembre, processo che favorisce la cessione dei profumi, degli zuccheri e dei precursori aromatici e che dona al "Nikà Nikà" una fragranza e una mineralità davvero peculiari.

Dorato, dal perlage fine e persistente, è uno spumante secco, elegante e complesso, caratterizzato da una grande freschezza e da sentori dominanti di crosta di pane, noci, frutta secca e delicate note floreali. Finale lungo.

L'etichetta rappresenta il fluido, l'essenza dell'antico lago costiero di Prelius, quello che oggi è conosciuto come la Maremma Toscana attorno a Grosseto. Il lago è lentamente scomparso anche a causa del prosciugamento degli anni '30 e ora l'unico fluido rimasto è l'eccellente tradizione vinicola della regione. I vigneti di Prelius si trovano su una collina lungo le rive dell'antico lago, a 5 miglia dal mare di fronte al maestoso Arcipelago Toscano.

Ottenuto da vigneti biologici che si trovano lungo il litorale toscano, al naso è ricco, con profumi di mirtillo e mora abbinato a note di cannella, è rotondo e morbido ed ha un retrogusto di frutta rossa molto persistente ed una buona struttura

Il figlio ribelle di Volpaia è l’unico rosso che non ricade nella denominazione del Chianti Classico, questo supertuscan da singola vigna anche se prodotto con un terzo di Cabernet resta sempre fedele alle tradizioni del territorio

Il Vino rosso Il Puro Casanova Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG, Annata 2020 della cantina Castello di Volpaia è stato valutato nel 2024 da Othmar Kiem, Simon staffler con 95 punti Falstaff. Si tratta di un vino della varietà Sangiovese proveniente da la regione Toscana in Italia.

Grape rediscovered a few years ago, widespread throughout the Abruzzo region. The name "pecorino" is given by the sheep's muzzle shape of the bunch and by the fact that when the shepherds passed through during the transhumance, the sheep stopped to graze the leaves of this vine.

Mastro Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC by Cantine Maligni is obtained from Montepulciano grapes grown on medium-textured clayey soils, in the municipality of Chieti in a planting with 1600 vines per hectare. It is vinified with destemming, crushing of the grapes and maceration with the skins for 15 days. After racking, it is aged in steel for 12 months.

However, it cannot be excluded that the name "holy" derives from the use that has always been made of it during Mass.
