Syrah has always been a grape variety dear to Virgilio Bisti, founder of Tua Rita , who used to say "Syrah, forever" . Alongside the traditional vines , Virgilio decided to plant Syrah which he personally took care of, trying to integrate it perfectly with the territory , until he considered it ready for a pure vinification . A vine that from the warm climate and the terroir of the Tuscan Metalliferous Hills of the Val di Cornia absorbs those particular mineral scents . The wine moves in the glass with a ruby red color with garnet hues. The nose immediately releases the varietal aromas of the grape , red fruits , vanilla , black pepper and licorice on a toasted background. In the mouth it is soft and warm, with silky and sweet tannins, the important alcoholic note is perfectly balanced, persistence is also good.
