Nasce dalla miscelazione di pregiato vino bianco Fertuna aromatizzato con estratti naturali di erbe aromatiche e spezie provenienti anche dalla zona della Maremma. L’antica ricetta prevede l’infusione statica degli ingredienti per oltre 45 giorni in alcol di alta qualità . La lenta maturazione in vasche di acciaio per oltre due mesi consente la naturale sedimentazione delle impurità . La filtrazione, effettuata senza chiarificanti o argille, mantiene inalterate le caratteristiche organolettiche del prodotto garantendo sinuosa eleganza al palato e grande impatto olfattivo. Un sapiente mix di spezie ed erbe conferisce note calde ed avvolgenti, miscelandosi alle note agrumate fresche e fiorite.

Nota amaricante: Assenzio romano.
Fresche note agrumate: Arancio dolce, Arancio amaro, Limone, Bergamotto, Cardamomo, Zenzero.
Note fiorite: Tanaceto, Rosa, Ireos.
Note calde ed avvolgenti: Vaniglia, Cacao.
Ideale per chi è alla ricerca qualcosa di tradizionale ma al tempo stesso diverso da sorseggiare. Ottimo aperitivo se servito fresco, è buono anche come digestivo. Da gustare liscio, abbinato a formaggi. Mixato in cocktail, permette ottime combinazioni. Perfetto se unito alla fine pasticceria. Servire leggermente fresco in ampi calici a tulipano.
