Il Brutto represents a clear reference to the tradition and culture of Treviso and Asolo in particular of wines refermented in the bottle, with a limited natural presence of sulphites and very few sugars; “Brutto” because it is a natural, unfiltered wine, and for this reason it is slightly veiled to the eye.

The Extra Brut version is the most characteristic expression of Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG, as it enhances to the maximum the typical peculiarities of the territory, minerality and sapidity, which are added to the freshness given by the Glera vine.

A higher level than the classic Brut sparkling wine. Sparkling wine from selected white berried grapes, for a fabulous and smooth blend. Excellent fragrant and full-bodied white wine, which does not tire the drink and leaves the palate light with sweet aftertastes. Fantastic notes of white-fleshed fruit and floral hints. In a light straw yellow, various grapes are mixed for a kaleidoscope of flavors.

The Extra Dry version has always been the best known and most appreciated interpretation by Prosecco connoisseurs. Montelvini's Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG enhances the aroma and fruity scents typical of the precious Glera grapes, which ripen in mid-September.
