Altavilla della Corte Rosso is the typical example of how Cabernet Sauvignon, the international vine par excellence, manages to adapt perfectly to the Trapani terroir of Borgo Guarini, drawing all the best from it and giving us a complex and unique wine. Deep almost impenetrable ruby red, it has a powerful and elegant nose of berries and walnut hull, vanilla and coffee. Structured and full on the palate, with nice tannic extraction and a long spicy finish. With pasta and beans, with stewed pork chops and with Sicilian Falsomagro.
