Cantine Barbera

BIO extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed and simply decanted without any filtration, Sikele is produced with Nocellara del Belìce olives from the Contrada Belicello olive grove. The 2022 harvest gave us a truly excellent oil, with low acidity (0.12) and intensely fruity. It has hints of almond, freshly cut grass, thistle, tomato and aromatic herbs. With a bright green colour, it is suitable for any use, especially on structured dishes with an intense flavour. Try it on hot bread, with a simple splash of oregano, or on legume soups, red meats and grilled vegetables.
