Pinot Noir finds its ideal substrate in the Avisian Hills. The northern winds that descend along the Adige valley, in addition to ideally drying the grapes, produce strong temperature variations that allow the primary aromas of the grapes to be fixed. With a mature garnet color, Pinot Noir Rirati is particularly inviting on the nose with floral, fruity and earthy aromas. In the mouth it is lively and enveloping, with hints of black cherries in alcohol. Its gustatory balance makes it a singular and recognizable wine.

Gewürztraminer is an aromatic vine of Alsatian origin, cultivated for many years in some microzones of the Pressano hills, where the clay-rich soils satisfy the nutritional needs of the vine well. Gewürztraminer Rirati has a bright yellow colour, on the nose it has an intense, characteristic aroma with floral notes and on the palate it is full, fine, with a singular flavor.

Rhenish Riesling, a vine native to the Reno Valley, has been cultivated for decades in the vineyards of the Cembra Valley. On the slopes facing south, the grapes illuminated by the sun synthesize aromas, which the significant temperature variations of the Alpine valleys preserve. Riatti Riatti has a straw yellow color tending towards greenish and a delicate bouquet with characteristic aromas of candied fruit and carob. The flavor is savory, fruity and pleasantly acidic.

Pinot Grigio, originally called Ruländer, arrived in Trentino in the second half of the 19th century. The grapes used for the production of this wine come from the vineyards of the Lavis and Pressano hills. Of an intense golden yellow colour, Pinot Grigio Rirati has an intense aroma with hints of pear and apricot with a base of flowers and honey. In the mouth it is soft and enveloping.

Straw yellow in color with green-gold reflections, Chardonnay Rirati is fine and elegant. The notes of yellow fruit, pineapple and orange peel blend harmoniously with a sweet vanilla aroma. On the palate it reveals all its character and the typical substance of Chardonnay.
