Rosso rubino vivo, al naso esprime un profilo olfattivo di incredibile definizione e di rara finezza. Note di piccoli frutti rossi che si alternano a toni balsamici, floreali, speziati e vegetali aprono ad un assaggio unico, capace di coniugare perfettamente tutta la freschezza della tipologia ad una profondità tutt’altro che scontata. Lunghissimo e vibrante, chiude con un finale di grande persistenza.

Il Brunello di Montalcino 2011, rigorosamente maturato in legno grande per tre anni, al naso piccoli frutti rossi maturi, rosa appassita, tocchi tostati, cenni di sottobosco, ricordi agrumati e note di pietra focaia. In bocca, attacca caldo fino ad un finale ancora su note sapide e agrumate.

Greppo oil is obtained from olives harvested by hand in our own olive groves, produced with traditional methods from the varieties: Correggiolo, Leccino, Moraiolo and Olivastra di Montalcino.

Biondi Santi's Rosso di Montalcino comes from Tenuta Greppo and is a pure vinification of Sangiovese. This red wine matures for 12 months in traditional Slavonian oak barrels. It is a 'young' version of Brunello, fresh and pulpy, harmonious and structured, intense and savory, immediately drinkable, even if capable of aromatic evolution over time.

A symbolic wine of a territory, of a region and perhaps of an entire country, the "vintage" Brunello di Montalcino produced at Greppo continues, year after year, harvest after harvest, to represent an icon of winemaking tradition and perfection stylistic.
