The "Liberty" Prosecco Extra Dry DOC sparkling wine is made from Prosecco grapes (Glera). Due to the phenomenon of temperature inversion, when the hills above the air temperature compared to the plain, and the high concentration of volcanic rocks in the soil, the grapes collect and concentrate flavors and sugar well. After the selection of the best fruits, berries vinified in the traditional way. The shortened cycle of the secondary fermentation allows an extreme lightness and aroma of sparkling wine. Thanks to the subtle and delicate "Liberty" taste, Prosecco Extra Dry DOC will become a universal aperitif and will make an excellent combination of first courses, appetizers and seafood.

In the glass, the Millesimato Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry from the pen of Val D'Oca shows a brilliant and sparkling platinum yellow color. The first nose of Millesimato Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry flatters with plums, cherries and lilies. The fruity parts of the bouquet are joined by even more fruity-balsamic nuances.

Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry "Rive di Colbertaldo" is a delicate and citrusy sparkling wine, born from the homonymous cru of Valdobbiadene. The nose recalls aromas of flowers combined with the typical hints of pear and apple. On the palate it is savory and fresh, with balanced and citrus aromas

The light Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut from the pen of Val D'Oca shines a brilliant platinum yellow in the glass. Prosecco Spumante Veneto is determined by aromas of all types of red and black berries and dark fruits such as black cherries and plums. On the palate, the texture of this light Prosecco Spumante is wonderfully light and silky. Due to the presence of acidic fruit, Prosecco Spumante Superiore Brut is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. The finish of this Prosecco Spumante del Veneto, more precisely of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG, finally strikes with a good finish.

In the glass it shows a very transparent and bright straw yellow color, with a perlage that is striking for its persistence and subtlety. The nose develops notes of fruit, hazelnuts, acacia flowers and aromatic herbs, perfectly balanced. In the mouth it is incredibly fine and elegant, creamy, fresh, characterized by an excellent savory component. A wine with a very delicate structure, which lends itself to being consumed on several occasions. For an aperitif it is a choice of great class, while for the whole meal it is recommended to combine it with desserts such as fruit tarts and mousse.
