Sweet sparkling wine obtained from the Brachetto vine, an ancient and complex aromatic grape present only in the Acquese area, characterized by unique and inimitable aromas. The cold maceration of the fruits and the subsequent soft pressing allow the extraction of the intense typical aromas contained in the peel and the characteristic pale ruby red color. A pleasant wine, extraordinarily elegant.

The Brunello di Montalcino "Poggio alle Mura" is the expression of the vineyards that surround the Castle of Banfi . It is an elegant, rich and persuasive wine, aged for 12 months in barrique and, to a lesser extent, in large barrels. Hints of wild berries in jam, sweet spices, tobacco, undergrowth and pepper enliven a soft, vigorous and persistent sip.

Bright ruby red, the nose is a riot of fruity notes of small red fruits that chase vegetal and vinous hints. Black cherry, black currant and subtle spicy references stand out. Simple, didactic, fresh and savory at the same time, for a very drinkable wine, enriched with sweet and velvety tannins. Excellent as an aperitif wine but also with tasty dishes such as tagliatelle with rabbit ragout or veal with tuna sauce.
