Excellent freshness, subtle minerality and intense fruity notes for an Abruzzo white of ancient origins which, like Pecorino, owes its fortune to the recent rediscovery.
An exceptional Red from organic Montepulciano grapes, natural sulphites and spontaneous fermentation without filtration.
A wine of excellence, made from organic Pecorino DOCG Tullum grapes. Spontaneous fermentation, no filtration, only natural sulphites.
The Tullum Rosso of Feudo Antico comes from hilly land in the municipality of Tollo, in the province of Chieti. It is made from 100% Montepulciano grapes, harvested by hand in the second decade of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with maceration in contact with the skins. The wine ages in glass blocks for 14 months before being bottled.
Pale straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections. Fruity aroma with citrus and tropical notes, white peach and elegant floral scents. Taste: Full, with good structure and long persistence. It goes well with appetizers and raw fish, Crustaceans, first and second courses based on fish. Excellent with fresh or stretched curd cheeses.
The call of history through the discovery of ancient Romanesque amphorae in our sites has led us to retrace this ancient method of winemaking already mentioned in Pliny's texts.
Obtained from a cuvée of old clones of Montepulciano vinified in purity, it is a red of great balance that manages to combine strength, elegance and character.
