Primitivo Neprica by Tormaresca Antinori is a puliese red wine from the province of Brindisi, aged in steel for about 8 months to maintain a fragrant and fruity sensorial profile. It has an intense ruby red color, furrowed by purple reflections, and releases notes of black cherries, small fresh and candied red fruits and licorice aromas to the nose, revealing a soft, round sip with evolved tannins, awakened by a balanced freshness .

The choice of pomace, the expertise in distillation, give rise to this grappa, with a crystalline color, which expresses the typical notes of fruit and red flowers with a hint of spice. The taste is aromatic and pleasantly warm, clean, an example of classic grappa in its originality.

Intense ruby red color with cardinal reflections, the nose is harmonious, with notes of ripe red fruit and slightly spicy. Elegant and velvety flavor, light acidity and very pleasant tannins.

Production area: Salento, Puglia. Grapes and Vinification: Negroamaro. Aging in steel on its own noble lees. Color and Pairing: Rosé, excellent with fish and young cheeses.
