For this particular organic wine, Avignonesi has set aside steel and oak in favor of Tuscan clay. The name Da-Di , the Chinese term for " earth-soil ", was chosen to underline this peculiarity.
Toscana Rosso 50 & amp50 was born from a historic collaboration between Avignonesi di Montepulciano and Capannelle di Gaiole in Chianti. This wine best expresses the velvety elegance of Merlot and the rustic charm of Sangiovese.
